All credit card details are transmitted to our Payment Gateway provider via an SSL (secure socket layer) connection to ensure data is encrypted prior to transmission. None of your credit card details are stored on our servers and are instead managed by our PCI Compliant Payment gateway provider, First Atlantic Commerce.

This Privacy Policy is effective as of (08/05/18) and will remain in effect except with respect to any changes in its provisions in the future, which will be in effect immediately after being posted on this page.

We reserve the right to update or change our Privacy Policy at any time and you should check this Privacy Policy periodically. You agree that your order is an offer to buy, under these Terms, all products listed in your order. All orders must be accepted by us or we will not be obligated to sell the products to you. We may choose not to accept orders at our sole discretion, even after we send you a confirmation email with your order number and details of the items you have ordered.

Prices displayed on our Site are quoted in Trinidad & Tobago dollars. All prices, discounts and promotions posted on this Site are subject to change without notice. The price charged for a product will be the price in effect at the time the order is placed and will be set out in your order confirmation email. Price increases will only apply to orders placed after such changes while we try to ensure that all prices on our website are accurate, errors inadvertently may occur. If we discover an error in the price of the Product you have ordered, we will give you the option of reconfirming your order at the correct price or canceling it. If we cannot contact you, we will treat the order as cancelled.

Terms of payment are within our sole discretion and unless otherwise agreed by us in writing, payment must be received by us before our acceptance of an order. We accept [VISA and MASTERCARD] for all purchases. You represent and warrant that (i) the credit card information you supply to us is true, correct and complete, (ii) you are duly authorized to use such credit card for the purchase, (iii) charges incurred by you will be honored by your credit card company, and (iv) you will pay charges incurred by you at the posted prices, including shipping and handling charges and all applicable taxes, if any, regardless of the amount quoted on the Site at the time of your order. The transaction will be charged to your credit card only after we have verified your card details and received credit authorization.

The title to any products you order on this website, and risk of loss, or damage to products, passes to you upon delivery, provided that we have received payment in full for the products.

You have 14 calendar days from the date you received it to return any new unopened item sold by us to you.

To be eligible for a return, your item must be unused and in the same condition that you received it.  Your item must be in the original packaging and your item needs to have the valid receipt /proof of purchase.

After inspecting the item, Amaranth Business Solutions Limited will immediately notify you of the status of your refund.  If your return is approved, we will initiate a refund to your credit card (or original method of payment).  You will receive the credit within 10 days, depending on your card issuer’s policies.  A restocking fee of 5% may be applied dependent on the nature and quality of the item returned.

You are responsible for all shipping and handling charges on returned items [unless otherwise specified]. You bear the risk of loss during shipment. We therefore strongly recommend that you fully insure your return shipment against loss or damage and that you use a carrier that can provide you with proof of delivery for your protection. A restocking fee of not more than 5% of  the price paid for the returned item may be applied dependent on the nature and quality of the item returned.

To return products, you must call +1 (868) 609-6824 or email our Customer Services Department at customersupport.tt@amaranthbsl.com to obtain a Return Merchandise Authorization (”RMA”) number before shipping your product. No returns of any type will be accepted without an RMA number .

Exchanges:  You have 14 calendar days in which to exchange an item. To be eligible for a return, your item must be unused and in the same condition that you received it.  Your item must be in the original packaging and your item needs to have the receipt / proof of purchase.   Once you have made arrangements to exchange your item, describing what your new item is and we receive the item that you want to exchange.  We will inspect the item and notify you that we have received the item for exchange and verify the new item that you wish to receive.  After inspecting the item, Amaranth Business Solutions Limited will immediately notify you of the status of your exchange.  Once the exchange is approved, we will deliver the new item to you.

If there is a difference between the original priced item and your new item, we will either refund the difference or invoice you the difference.  There may be some delays based on the card issuer’s policies.

Orders are processed and delivered Mondays through Fridays, excluding holidays, within regular working hours (8AM to 4:30PM).  Once your order is placed and confirmed, our representatives will package your order according to your order details (assembly etc.) and have it ready for delivery.  It is important that you give us the correct address for your delivery to ensure accurate and on-time service. Prior to delivery, one of our Inventory and Logistics agents will contact you via the telephone number provided at the time of checkout to ensure that (1) Yourself or someone authorized to act on your behalf will be present at the time of delivery to ensure the item is received in good condition. If someone other than the original purchaser will be receiving the item, we will require you to provide us with a name via your order details upon checkout, and that person will be required to present one form of identification; either a valid Driver’s Permit of National ID will suffice. (2) The date and time of the delivery is agreed to by both you and our delivery team.

Delivery within Trinidad

For deliveries within Trinidad the time frame for completion is within 2-10 business days from the date of receipt of your order. Shipping and delivery dates are estimates only and cannot be guaranteed and you will be responsible for all shipping costs of your item(s). We are not liable for any delays in shipments.

Delivery to Tobago

For deliveries to Tobago the time frame for completion is within 8 business days and you will be responsible for all shipping costs of your item(s).

Items can either be shipped flat-packed (un-assembled) or fully assembled.

 

Title and risk of loss pass to you upon our transfer of the products to the carrier/delivery agent for Tobago deliveries only.

Should you prefer to pick up your order at our store there is an option for you to collect your ordered item at the following locations:

• #17 Samaroo Road, Aranguez Roundabout North, Aranguez – within 2 days of receipt of payment
• Sea Lots – next day collection
• 144A Coffee Street, San Fernando – 3 to 5 days

You may collect your orders at the above locations between the hours of 9:00am to 3:00pm Monday through Thursday, and 9:00am to 1:00pm on Fridays only, except public holidays.

This Site may be accessed from countries other than Trinidad & Tobago. However at this stage we only deliver within Trinidad & Tobago. This Site may contain products or references to products that are not available outside of Trinidad & Tobago.  Any such references do not imply that such products will be made available outside Trinidad & Tobago. If you access and use this Site outside Trinidad & Tobago you are responsible for complying with your local laws and regulations.

Some items are user installable.  However, if you require additional help with your installation and /or professional assembly, we are here to help.  The prices for installation are available on the Site.  You are free to choose the service or decline the service.

A shipping confirmation is e-mailed to you as soon as your purchase has been issued a tracking number. This will allow you to track the status of your shipment. Please note that it may take 1-2 business days for tracking information to become available.  We will e-mail a delivery confirmation once we receive notification that your purchase has been shipped.

If you are not completely satisfied or if there is a discrepancy with your order, please retain all documentation, packaging and contact us immediately by sending us an email to customersupport.tt@amaranthbsl.com

If you wish to cancel or modify your order, please send an email promptly.  We will make every effort to accommodate your request.  However, once an order has been submitted we cannot guarantee the purchase can be cancelled or modified.

All products are subject to availability; and we reserve the right to limit the quantity of products we supply or to supply only part of an order or to divide orders.  We also reserve the right to alter the terms or duration of any special offers or sale promotion. We will inform you if we cannot fulfill your order.

Our goal is to provide complete, accurate, and up-to-date information on our Site.  Unfortunately, it is not possible to ensure that any website is completely free from human or technological errors. This website may contain typographical mistakes, inaccuracies, or omissions, some of which may relate to pricing and availability, and product information.  We reserve the right to correct any errors, inaccuracies, or omissions, including after an order has been submitted and to change or update information at any time without prior notice.

We do not manufacture or control any of the products or services offered on our Site. However, the products offered on our Site are covered by the manufacturer’s warranty as detailed in the product’s description on our Site and included with the product. To obtain warranty service for defective products, please follow the instructions included in the manufacturer’s warranty and in the paragraph below.

Once we are notified of any warranty claim, we will request that you bring to our offices within the warranty period, the proof of purchase and product for inspection and analysis of the problem.   Once we have determined that the problem is due to a manufactures’ defect, we will, in consultation with you determine the course of action based on the manufacturer’s warranty.  These may include but not limited to: repair of the defect with no cost to you or replace of the item at no cost to you.  Once we have received the item our analysis should not take longer than 21 days for remedy.

You agree that our remedy at law for any actual or threatened breach of this Agreement would be inadequate and that we shall be entitled to specific performance or injunctive relief, or both, in addition to any damages that we may be legally entitled to recover, together with reasonable expenses of any form of dispute resolution, including, without limitation, attorneys’ fees.

No right or remedy of ours shall be exclusive of any other, whether at law or in equity, including without limitation damages injunctive relief, attorneys’ fees and expenses.

No instance of waiver by us of our rights or remedies under these terms and conditions shall imply any obligation to grant any similar, future or other waiver.

Any dispute relating in any way to your visit to the Site or to the products you purchase through the Site shall be submitted to confidential arbitration in Trinidad & Tobago, except that to the extent you have in any manner violated or threatened to violate our intellectual property rights, we may seek injunctive or other appropriate relief in any court in Trinidad and Tobago.  You hereby consent to, and waive all defenses of lack of personal jurisdiction and forum non convenient with respect to venue and jurisdiction in the courts of Trinidad and Tobago.

If any of these provisions shall be deemed invalid, void, or for any reason unenforceable, that condition shall be deemed severable and shall not affect the validity and enforceability of any remaining provision.

How can I make a purchase?

There are two ways in which you can shop with us:

1. Online with your credit card

2. Online with cash option

Here are the steps for these two options:

Online Purchasing

Step 1:              Create an account with us by proceeding to the “Register” button at the top right area of the site. Fill out the relevant areas. If you already have an account with us, simply login by entering your credentials.

Step 2:              Proceed to the item you wish to purchase and then click “Add to cart”, selecting the desired quantity. If your item has an assembly option and you wish for it to be assembled, be sure to select this option. Note: Assembly cost is $200.

Step 3:              Proceed to checkout your item by clicking on the shopping cart icon and click “Checkout”.

Step 4:              Complete the billing details section with your information and select your desired delivery option. Once this is completed, you can proceed to click on “PLACE ORDER”.

Step 5:              Once your order is successfully placed, you will receive a notification indicating this and your invoice will be emailed to the email address provided upon registration.

Your order will be delivered to you within 3 to 5 business days for Trinidad deliveries, and within 8 business days for Tobago deliveries (please refer to our Shipping and Delivery Policy for more details).

Cash Payment Option

If you don’t own or have access to a credit card, we’re making it possible for you to purchase an item from our online store.

The steps are the same for the credit card option; however, when you arrive at the payment section, you must select the Cash option. Once you have placed your order with this option, your order status changes to “On Hold”. You can then proceed to visit the relevant location to pay and/or collect your order.

Payment and collection at our Aranguez office can be done after one (1) business day from order placement. If you opt to pay and/or collect at our Coffee Street location, you will be contacted by a member of our team when your items are available for pick up. Payment and/or collection at our Distribution Centre can be done on the very next business day (with the exception of orders requesting assembly).

For orders requiring delivery, payment must be made before orders are dispatched.
